Eladrin Major Attunments

[Suggestion]

For an Eladrin with Spring Affinity does each rank of Major Spring Attunement give you +1 CHA (for a total of +3 at rank 3) or is it just +1 CHA for any number of ranks?
I would assume that the answer would be the same for the other abilities and attunements as well.

It goes like this:
1) +1% Doublestrike/shot & 1 CHA
2) +2% Doublestrike/shot & 1 CHA
3) +3% doublestrike/shot & 1 CHA
So if you're only after the CHA, you only need to put 1 rank in it. If you want extra doubestrike/shot then put more points in.

That is what I thought from the wording, but I wasn't sure. It also seemed inexpensive AP wise for an ability increase (+3 for 3 AP).

It being conditional on using that particular stance is what makes it cheaper - barbarians & shifters get up to +3 to a stat for only 3 APs, but it's doubly conditional since it's while raging which is a temporary buff. The only place where you can get a straight-up always-on stat boost for 1 AP in regular enhancements is the 1st warchanter core to choose between the rage clicky or +1 CON.
