End game ranged Ranger gear

So at the moment I have 64 Dex and 50 Con.

Con is coming from L Collective Sight with Con and Ins Con, and L Pearl of Uncanny Prediction for Qual Con. I have L Bronze Dragon Bel which also has Con but it gives Lifesealed, Healing Amp and Ins False Life as well.

Dex is coming from L Celestisl Sapphire Ring for Dex (also gives Profane +2 all stats) and L Ring of Unnatural Accuracy for Qual Dex.

Im using the Wallwatch set but am missing Ins Dex. No idea what to get it from ?

Im also getting Deadly, Deception, Armor Piercing, Speed +30%, and Ethereal from other assorted gear.

I only have 113 PRR and 40 MRR which is very low (my main Sorc has 140 PRR and 80 MRR).

Ive got lots of RL, Sharn and Fey gear but no IOD or MD.

Anyone with help would be much appreciated !

Without knowing what your build will wind up at lvl 34, you can always go with a cannith crafted one or there are a lot of item options available. Wind howler mask is one, if you do not have the ability to craft, you can go with Outpost Sniper Belt or Spring Cloak if you plan on doing Spring Set. Figure out where you want to be at lvl 30-34 and you will no doubt find an option that fits.

Personally, I use a Legendary Gem of Many Facets and craft insightful Dex on it.

And check out the Blazing Sniper Sights for your doubleshot. There is a new cloak in MD Cloak of the Forest, but I think Snipers with Unnatural Accuracy ring is a better combo.

Ive managed to get a bit more gear. I found a L Periapt of Dex which I put in a Solar +4 Dex aug. Also a L Ring of Unnatural Accuracy with Qual Dex and L Rockslide Ring for Ins Dex.

Dex is now up to 77 so thats a big jump.

My Con still seems very low at 46. I lost my +2 Profane to all abilities when I swapped in the new rings. Problem is I have L Collective Sight for 13 Con and 6 Ins Con but also L Bronze Dragonscale Belt for 13 Con but it also gives HAmp, Ins False Life and Lifesealed. So I kind of need them both.

Unless there is another way of getting Ins Con and I can swap out the goggles for something else.

You can also buy from the store for 195 ddo points.

For Defense, do you have a level 32 Sheltering Augment? Also an Insightful Sheltering item.

A 3 piece Fey Summer / Winter combo with prince Gauntlet can get you Artifact 30 PRR/MRR.
Prince Gauntlet, Lionheart Ring + Direwolf or Direbear belt or Cold Iron Bracers
You would have to lose the Sharn set though, but you can also get Windlasher's Ferocity. You can get 97 Armor Piercing without the Sharn Set.
A 2 piece Vision of Destruction Ring set can also get you 30 PRR/MRR + 30 MRR cap.

You can also craft Insightful PRR or MRR on a Gem of Many facets.

If you own IoD or Vecna you can farm a pretty decent set in a couple of lifes (or burnout on 1, wherever you prefer), i'm using a 5 pieces dread set for profane and 3 dreadstalker for artifacts bonuses with chance to replace last one for bone items. if you don't have the packs i'll prob go with a wallwatch set as pointed above and complement with items from fey sets that don't require 5 pieces for a bonus or complement with some crafting items and gems of many facets (lot of options that only need 2 pieces and give good bonuses).
About MRR if help, you can try to get a couple of rare filegrees that give +2 and complement with reaper points if you have somes to spare.

If you can try to get some insightful defenses too, helps capping MRR but not mandatory, you aren't supposed to be hit a lot though

I have defences but not insightful. So my PRR is around 100 and MRR is around 40. I dont have anything with Insightful without taking away from an item I really need.

I'll have to hunt down something else I guess.

My $.02...

With the advent of the Myth Drannor loot, I would go with IOD for Dread Stalker and try to use the bone items for armor and helm and add the Dread Stalker cloak. This will give you the ability to add a few nice augments via dino bone crafting. You can always just use the set helm and armor that drop in the quests until you get the dino bone helm and armor and enough mats to craft. This set will cover the artifact bonuses that you want.

For the profane bonuses, go with the new Myth Drannor as you can get +3 to all stats via a belt as well as Moon augments for profane stats and skills. I suggest getting profane doubleshot and dex along with whatever you can fit and/or want. Maybe +4 con too? You should be able to get at least 1 sun slot as well, so I would suggest artifact bonus to dex +4.

Lastly, the archer focused goggles from TOEE are nice.

For my build, I used the minor artifact from the ToN raid in the form of boots. It comes with a Moon slot and you can craft on it for any insightful or quality bonus you need for stats along with having freedom of movement. I used to to take the place of the winter set boots I have been trying to get out of my build. :)

good news for you is that item hasn't been relevant since 2018 when the raid came out, if you put that in a gearset now I would laugh at you till you uninstalled the game. that is such a terrible item in 2024 you would either need to be a terrible gearset builder to think its good or just have nothing else (which is a very valid reason, even I've been there)

Doesn't matter if the gear is relevant or that you (apparently) enjoy mocking others you see as lessor. No, the issue was with the "avalibility" as this is not something that commonly drops. Even with Runes, it would be an easy two months of pug'n for a a dozen or so Time raids. Which most by now either run for its novelty or the raid-runes themselves.

Regardless... If someone is going to cite an item with the intentions of it helping, then it's wise to ensure that it's something that's farmable, and not for example a raid / MD rare.
