Some important stats ( all outside of reaper with no self buffs)
int : 114 (greater evolution adds +4 and +2 with curse total : 120)
HP : 2191
Spellpoints : 6339
PRR : 179 (extra 9 if you have PDK past lives)
MRR : 160 (using light armor)
Healing amp : 167
elemental absorbtion : 61% on fire/electric/ice/acid force and sonic are only at 15%
crit damage multiplier : 110 ice / 95 force (assuming you're in pyrite reaction)
crit chance : 71% ice 59% force
spellpower : 1044 ice 807 force
dodge : 20%
dcs should be in the 120s for main spells

notes :
can go dragonborn instead of deep gnome but you will lose PK sla and 1 dc on transmutation but you get +2 max caster levels with ice spells which result in a slight increase of dps

the gear has legendary green steel belt which helps farming +2 intelligence curse since it's easier to get a lot of blank belts

can lose some hp by ditching falconery tree and going vistani for deflect arrows

cons: has low spell pen has no deflect arrows and also low extra helpless damage
gear is also missing +6 spell focus augments which drop in iod so it's -1 to all main dcs but regardless it does have very high dc for endgame still

Insightful courage which is what i chose is int for will saves not fort saves (level 20 feat)
lose intensify and embolden in favor of what? that's 75 spellpower and +2 dcs

sp management isn't an issue, even in raids. You just need to consistently trigger the orange reaction for half the spell point cost. Also, the build incorporates several metamagic spell points reduction. In Reaper, with Reaper Efficiency, DI epic moment, and two Rings of Spell Storing, running out of spell points should not be a problem, unless you're in push raids.

Regarding the epic feats you're suggesting, swapping out Embolden (which provides +2 DC) or Intensify (which increases spell power) for a +3 DC in one of the two schools seems like a compromise. This would require changing regular feats to Spell Focus feats, which would reduce overall spell power. Plus, I’d need to give up an epic destiny feat to make the switch. This seems like too much of a trade-off to me.
I can see an argument being made to swap out for bogw or epic mental toughness but not spell focus

Ultimately, this is primarily a DPS build, but I appreciate the feedback.

IMO, deflect is too important. 6ap well spent, which includes sheltering & neg absorb.

Guildy alchemist tried arcane actions, but didn't enjoy it. I went with another epic spell power for more crit damage.

Apart from killstealing, I've never found much worth from accelerate spell, as you can still get low arcs on vials if you move correctly when casting.

So you could fiddle feats to swap accelerate for light armour prof (minor prr bump) or +1 DC of whatever is not quite up to par.

I think BoGW > intensify, especially with your INT, & the reaper nuker nerf makes +75sp very minor (~3% more damage or something), but it depends on playstyle & if you find you need more CC.

I'd swap stoneskin (lv 4 & 5) out, because you already have goldskin. For lv 4 swap in either the fire/blind for more CC or the electric/negmrr for more damage.

You have a few double ups in stats like cold absorb & enhancement fortification, but otherwise gearing looks ok I think.

Just need the smoothbrain reaper spell penalty to go away now ;)

Okay so swap intensify for bogw for more cc ? and having deflect arrows makes sense i'd probably take some points off feydark to get it or maybe falconery i have considered it

I found that without accelerate spell my vials sometimes hit the ceiling in some quest and makes targeting a bit meh

I suppose if i swap out arcane action for extra 5% i'd end up with 115 crit damage on cold i just don't know how to get more cold crit damage or spell power i tried to max it out via gear i even have insightful/quality spell craft but i assume probably filigrees ?

as for spells i completely forgot volatic burst for mrr debuff which what i usually use when running alch but yeah stoneskin greater and goldskin they all stack

as for gear i tried to optimize it as much as i can i believe i have almost everything covered please let me know how to improve my spellpower because i have noticed it lacking on several other builds as well ( i am aware of pot buffs mythic reaper bonuses and curses i just didn't include them) would like to note that 1044 cold spellpower is with zero buffs outside of reaper and that i am using exalted angel instead of magus to be able to use sanctfied vial

Don't just take my word for it, just maybe play with a couple of different ideas & see if it helps your playstyle.

Yea I run EA as well, love the mobility. Chads also run US for some beef & extra sustain.

For spellpowers, I think you're missing artifact & exceptional cold on equipment, and there's some missing from your filigree placement & choices.

Are you missing filigree 1 & 2 from your weapon? Or do you have an 8 slot jewel? Maybe I am missreading.

Exceptional cold is only accessible via LGS, but that would mean quite a big gear switch around to then fix in insightful SFM somewhere else. LGS can also put on specific quality SP, which could be a +49? (Maybe) overall.

Artifact SP should be on sun augs I believe but then there's the opportunity cost of missing out on something else.

Goggles have solar crit chance Augment which is a replacement for 6% cold Artifact as it stacks with deacon set

Filigree 1 and 2 are raid filigrees not sure why the builder didn't export them

Solar augments I am using are crit chance and +4 int I think I only need spell penetration for frog which is a singular spell

I have exceptional spell power from dino Armor but not exceptional cold spell power the specific one I believe I am missing just that and 30 ice spell power Artifact bonus everything else is covered I think

I would love if you can give me your ice spell power and a breakdown (only if you feel like it tho because it seems like a little bit of a writeup or your current gear set lol) so i can see if there's any other spell power sources I am missing

Would also like to note that I didn't account for the 40 spell power while in pyrite reaction so that would be 1084 coldspell power standing

I've played a poison alchemist in the past and soloed r10s with it now that I am racial comp + md gear I wanna push alch to the limits at cap

Sadly Spiral doesnt stack with dino armor so that +50 is only 35.
But yeah a lot more is possible, surely 1350ish cold spellpower unbuffed is possible
Maybe not for an alchemist tho, i'm not sure how much spellpower they gain from trees etc
Even on an ice sorc I would love to see a breakdown on 1350 spell power unbuffed without metamagics because that's like almost 200 more than I could get lol

I have all the related pls and Meridian Fragment as well I am talking about spellpower unbuffed by any pots or spells outside of reaper and the filigree set is up there
I am at 184 spellcraft and 1044 spellpower(1084) while in pyrite standing in public with zero buffs including curses mystic bonuses and reaper gear bonuses according to the ddo builder breakdown sheet
