Enhancement - Battle Engineer & Inquisitive

Not sure if anyone played an Inquisitive Artificer.
I got a couple of questions:
1. Does Arti Battle Engineer Crossbow Training stack with Inquisitive Crossbow adapt
2. Does Arti Battle Engineer Agility Engine stack with Inquisitive imbue dice.
3. Pro/Con between Master Engineer and Mater Inquisitive

3. master engineer is one of the worst capstones in the game (and a terrible tree to boot), while inquisitive is one of the best capstones in the game with an amazing tree to boot
