I'm sure this has been asked and answered before but I was unable to locate the thread with a firm answer. I appreciate anyone's willingness to throw out a quick explanation.
There are enhancements throughout the class, racial and universal enhancement trees that offer spell pen and spell points. For example, The Aasimar tree offers Arcanum (Tier 2) that will add spell points and spell pen meanwhile, the Feydark Illusionist universal tree offers Study the Arcane (Tier 1) which adds spell points and Spell Penetration (Tier 3) which adds spell pen. Also, the Wizard class enhancement tree offers Spell Penetration which adds spell pen.
Do any of these stack with one another? Do they not stack if they share the same name (Feydark and Archmage are both named "Spell Penetration")?
In DDO Wiki it looks as if the different trees will stack together and the same applies to the different epic trees. Also, it looks as if the all the enhancement tree options and epic destiny options stack with the feats and your gear.
However, the wiki doesn't address universal enhancement trees.
TLDR;
Do the enhancement tree bonuses all stack together for spell pen and spell points?
