Enthrallment - Spellsinger enh tree for Bard - where is it?

Enthrallment is a tier 3 bard enhancement in the Spellsinger tree that says the Bard can expend a use of bardic music to enthrall enemies. I have this selected but it does not appear anywhere in my enhancements or feats active or passive on this Tiefling Scoundrel toon I am levelling?

Any ideas? Or is it a bug?

I've never taken that ability, anyone know what the chance is they break free on damage?

With enthrall, you get to hit several times before they break free. been a while so I can't say exactly how long.

My experience is around 1-4 hits. So my guess is around 50%? Don't expect this ability to work in pug/group play though. It is pretty easy to break and most players have some sort of AoE nowadays.

However is is much better than I remember it being. It doesn't have the huge animation time like Fascinate and because it is based on a skill the DCs are great - even on a first-lifer.

VPN will work. Ok, that icon is not visible on my character in the enhancement list despite taking it. At least it wasn't last night.

Ok, After I reset and redid the tree - its there. Must have bugged out somehow
