Epic The end of the road Quest

Hello. I just started playing again after being gone nearly 5 years. At the very end of the quest, after the two wizards that have a long conversation die, the final boss never spawned. Every now and then some lighting would come down and some wind would knock me around, however the demon boss never arrived. I looked for information on if this is a known bug, and if so how to avoid it. Was this just bad luck, or is this known to happen. Thank you. Also, should I bug report this?

Yes, you should.

Not in that quest, but I was running Memoirs of an Illusionary Lancener and Lucy Lawful didn't spawn in her room turning the quest not
progressable. A would click Q to target her, but couldn't interact with her to open dialogue.

Had to restart the quest.

Thank you for the reply. I will bug report it then.

Memoires is extremely buggy. You can find yourself under the map after porting to the next area.
Fear reaper fear dots hit you through different areas. Especially in that room with the ramp just before the endfight.
And more...
There is no exit to the Harbor, after completion you have to wait the racall time (very annoying)

This isn't just a thing with Memories - quite a few quests don't have exit doors. I usually recall anyway, out of habit, so I don't mind as much.

On the other hand, Memories does also have a thing for dropping plot-critical NPCs through the floor of the boat.
