Equipping item sets

So basically i want the weapon sets in your inventory (where you can match a main-hand and off-hand items so you can switch them together via the hotbar) to be able to do the same for other items.
For example, my arti would enjoy having a set of trapping goggles+gloves+trinket but after the trapping business is done go back to the DPS items for the fights ahead, without needing to click every item which makes the transition so long that the party already decides its faster to just run through the trap. I believe many other builds would enjoy it too.

I know this is stealing from another game - but i liked where you could swap a whole build in diablo 3.

Im not saying switch enhancements and ed etc, just switch all things in inv

Extending weapon sets to include clothing slots has been suggested before. Seems like an easy way to improve QoL for players, to me. I'm fine with the swapping taking more time the more items are swapped; I just want to make sets for particular purposes.

Again, I can't think why they couldn't implement a 'build switch' so a Fighter could switch from Tank to DPS build with one click.. which, yes, would require swapping Enhancements, EDs, and even possibly Reaper Point expenditures. I'd understand if Feat swaps were too much.

Just charge us the plat making such a swap would cost without the hassle of having to manually make the changes.

The one truly important thing they probably couldn't include in such a swap would be shortcut bar loadouts, unfortunately. Still, it would save an entire raid waiting 15 min for someone to swap to a tank build when a dedicated tank isn't online.

TBH, I personally would use this one a lot less, though.

Well, maybe that's going a little too far for me. its QOL if its in public areas - in quests that would be ridiculous.
I want a way to have item swaps in quests faster and more convenient, that's all.

If you mean my second comment, ofc that would only be possible in public areas. Hadn't imagined anyone would even consider it a reasonable thing to allow in quests. You can't change Enhancements in quests now; I can't think of why that would change.
