It also appears the Demogorgon artifacts had their effect level reduced. Was that intentional? If not, please fix.

If it was intentional, really not ideal to make these kinds of changes after launch. And by not ideal I mean really crappy. I'll also point out that several asked if they were scaled too high before release, you know, when it would've been appropriate to correct.

Not sure why a Legendary level gear is getting Legendary Conditioning 5% as well in the new area loot.

Just got a second item that didn't sell from AH by mail, and got mangled too. Since I haven't heard from other folks that their items got randomly mangled by other means, I guess the issue is related to the AH or related to item mailing.

That leaves me to wonder what happens if you actuall buy an item that is min level 30+, do they get mangled too? Questions... questions...

Its looking like they corrected all the +16 items back to +15 or in the random loot case looks like to +1.

Or it would've simply had different stats when I logged on if I had already had it on me.

I recently had a toon go haywire when I took a level of FVS. Not a big deal because it's a mule that I haven't ran forever and was just trying out a build I found interesting.

Also, TRed a ranger that was built over 10 years ago where the past life came back as a ranger but a dark hunter ranger. Build was made around 2016. Way before dark hunter was even being discussed on the white board.

Both incidents happened after the update. A little off topic but I think the update introduced some bugs.

seems to be happening to random loot gen that was level 32 but had better than lvl 32 stats
i noticed that before that last update i never seen random loot bracers/boots/necklace/gloves/hat/ring/cloak over level 32, now they do drop over lvl 32
