new caster items in the pack are like +13 evocation and +6 insightful evocation, and random get can have +15 and +7 insightful
random gen can have +16 to stat, where named gear goes up to +15

My initial reaction as well, but I do have a few Celebration of +20 cha skill that I don't want to see downgraded to lvl 1 stats.
Same for silver flame attributes and prob some other light blue bordered random gen items as well.
Not all lvl 32 btw, and I don't want to find out if it is happening on other lvl ranges as well.

If it's sitting your bank, be sure to take it out so the stats show the updated numbers. If it's not sitting your bank and is on you then

If so then it should return to you when it goes unsold. It should go unsold with the stats it showing. The hope is when it returns it updates.

Its looking like they corrected all the +16 items back to +15 or in the random loot case looks like to +1.

Yes, I had a nice collection of charisma 16 items. They are all 15 now and I am about to crunch them.

No, I left it in my backpack. After I saw it is still +1/+1, I moved it to bank and back to backpack, no change.
