Escape to Ravenloft: Barovian Aristocrat - Pets missing

The bundle should include a black cat and a raven. NPC guy does not allow to claim them, they are not in the pet stable or inventory as certificates either. Relogging does not help.
I have reported it, but I just want to let the other players know.

If you log out/back in do they appear in your inventory then? I know with other coffers, that's how pets/mounts worked.

This is the answer. When I logged in with a different character for raiding the pets were already in my inventory.
