Essence Crafting Minimum Level to apply

With the dual prefixes being changed to ML 20 (and all the new dual prefix recipes) please give some indication in-game that they require the item be ML 20+ to be used. I am not certain how feasible it is, but having the slot designation say (for example) "Prefix: ML 20+ Weapon" instead of just "Prefix: Weapon" seems the appropriate thing to do. As far as I can tell, there is no current way in-game to know that they do not work for under ML 20 items. You can craft them and then witness no recipe show up when placed together with the otherwise correct item.

On named items it's common nowadays that they have 4 affixes also below ML 10, and in addition they have sun and moon augment slots – so I don't see why the extra slot and the dual-effect shards are restricted to ML10 and ML20.

And apart from the ML problem: we need base items for essence crafting with sun and moon slots, and sentient slots for ML20+ weapons.

Not to mention that DDO needs Itemization 2.0: items usable at all character levels (no ML and maybe scaling), and a unified crafting system with random, named and crafted loot as equal sources for items – each filling its own niche. None of them stronger or weaker than the others, but equally strong and different. The core idea: none of the three sources should be mandatory, but all of them should stay potentially useful – tied together by one crafting system instead of the dozen separate ones we have now.

I quite agree, and am also opposed to our crafting being item ML gated when RNG items are not and effects scale anyway. Removing those restrictions would be preferable, but given the current design intention, it would be nice to at least know about the ML gating.
