Curious what your take is - assuming I’m going T5 in a non-pally / SF tree, I’d need to sacrifice VKF capstone to invest in something heavy like exalted smite.
I have a feeling this would probably be worth it… but I need some pallys themselves to smack some sense into me. Thoughts?
SWF DL kukri, not enough RAP for shadar-kai, str-based for now but def open to cha. Thank you in advance!
16-20 kotc 36 dl 23 vkf 1-6 ravager seems pretty stellar no ? Esp if u got sanc swap
Edit: math explanation: +5 mp from ex smite, +5 mp from ravager 2nd core, +20 mp from sanc swap ; those +6 smites from KOTC really help with being able to use ex. smite with your kukri (which is a MONSTER: you're hitting with 14-20x4 at worst; maybe with patience 14-20x5; +maxed out exa smite is 10 mp vs what vkf capstone 20 would be; and you get extra attacks every 3 sec (divine sac, more extra mult) and however often you exa smite with 12-20x6 at worst with an AoE clap down.. + another cleave attack
Further, you do get extra imbues and you've already taken most of the damage available in VKF tree for you, going from 23 points to 41 is mostly defensive or filler points while kotc/ravager give all sorts of better/other goodies (imbues, mp, action boosts, etc).
That being said, 36 dl 2-4 ravager 41 vkf is also very good.
I'd recommend the non-capstone route personally, extra attacks are very powerful and the remove disease working as GR is really nice to save others from cha drain, level drain, helpless, etc - unless you hate pressing extra attacks and wouldn't end up using them anyway and don't have sanc swap, then go capstone.
