excessive non useable quality gear and items

Heroic, legendary Greensteel gear and 4 bags of excessive crafting ingredients, Cannith crafting items, alchemical gear and filigrees that are sub-par but hold quality and that seem to just be a giant inventory filler any ideas of what should be done?

I spend a lot of time on that greensteel, why just have it for clickys and bank fillers, why not have it updated to lvl 36 and by default make it sentient it could bring old school ddo vibe back.

but I can craft 3,243 arrows and I have 12 flawless, 19 exceptional, 55 sibery, 159 imperfect, and 44 flawed.
