Probably worth pointing out here that female and male Dragonborn typically both use the 'male' version of an armor's cosmetic since their body models are much more similar than other races (male Dragonborn are slightly wider but that's about it.) This is true in this case, for example, as the 'female' version on non-Dragonborn inexplicably has no armor on the thighs.
