Vorpal Keen With Winter Recipe Crafted on it.
But those don't drop anymore.
Weapons such as these, are why Kobold remember Waterworks.
Ah, beated to the punch.
My goto list:
True Seeing Goggles of Persuasion.
One of the ML:1 armors that could be crafted upon, tho I always forget those.
Quiver of alacrity.
Swaps for waterbreathing and featherfalling.
The above greatsword/falchion/repeater/bow.
A flametouched qstaff with two rubies, ghosttouch and can't remember what other effect.
The DR/4 piercing from kortos, great against thrown spears, arrows and bolts coming your way.
But the real kickers are those little xp nuggets we get from daily silver and weekly gold rolls.
Makes me jump to lvl 4 straight away almost every TR I do.

This is the way.
FYI - a Cannith/Essence crafted Falchion or Greatsword with double-aug slots is better than Carnifex and ML1/4 Vorpal+Keen.Weapons such as these, are why Kobold remember Waterworks.
In the the lower heroic levels, you don't have enough melee/ranged stats and crit profile bonuses to push weapons with slightly more +W and slightly better crit profiles ahead of an extra 4d6 (ML1) or 8d6 (ML4) worth of procs on every hit.

I do love my special material red slot weapons though - i have an adamantine red slot greatsword with the +6 STR when using an action boost curse on it, which is pretty tasty.
Edit: didn't realise you can change the ML from what's displayed after disjuncting once you add the ML gem - suspect this might not be WAI but I'm not complaining
My favourite low level item though is probably the ML4 Malicia's Crown - fascination guard, false life 12, 15% sonic absorption (ok not so amazing) & freedom of movement, then throw a 75% fort augment in the blue slot & your choice of solar augment (i went with 3% artifact bonus to dodge). Weapon-wise, I also really like the blade of the clouds, that cloudburst effect procs often & lets you take out entire groups.

Once upon a time my low level items were the old school ring of feathers and cloven jaw war beads, bottle of air... but it's been +15 since these have been relevant... Now, I don't even worry about gear until level 7, until then it's whatever I find and vendored when I'm done with it.

I have a couple of those melee power rings but they just don’t seem that worth it at low level unless you have other stuff boosted too.
I have +2 reaper stats crafted on a mythic 3 Helm of Butterflies; major imbuement curse, slotted with Master’s Gift.
I have a lot of reaper shards so I might just craft it on the Feywild True Seeing/Command/ins. fortification ring (Nocturne). Will need to pull a bunch with Mythic boosts and roll with the one that has an excellent curse.
In the past I would love to use Ship Mage’s attire since it is a lowbie source of ghostly. FYI ghostly adds a stacking bonus to HS/MS along with offensive (hitting ethereal mobs) and defensive.
