Cards from the Deck of Many Curses will return with the Jester of Festivult this week. Mechanically the exact same in terms of quantity and such as last year. As to whether it'll be a permanent part of Festivult that remains unclear, but at least for now we have no reason to not have it there.

Blue Abishai Cookie - Now is Resist Electricity Buff rather than Blast Rod
Green Abishai Cookie - Now is Neutralize Poison again

Abishai Destroyer Buff can now be obtained again (due to the requirement of all abishi cookies being a buff for this to work)

Beholder cookie - Now True Seeing instead of See Invisibility
Cupcake - Now Lesser Restoration instead of Moderate Heal Wounds
Daanvi Jelly Cake - Now Order's Wrath instead of Silence
