Filigree Question

Do sets have to be slotted in the same item to get the set bonuses? Or can they be spread out over multiple items?

Also of note, you can have the exact same filigree in two separate items and both will count separately towards the set bonus.

As Jhml says, this means, for example, that you can slot two Rare Melee Power Treachery filigrees, one in the artefact and one in the weapon and get 15 MP. 5 from each filigree and 5 from the 2-part Treachery set their combination creates.

I wish you'd picked a slightly different treachery example, such as for instance 2x -50 threat filigrees.

IMHO, the 2x-50 is the most important thing to slot.

Sorry I wasn't intending to imply it wasn't!

In fact I use one of the threat reduction filis in lieu of one of the MP ones on my main, so agree with the general principle (I get the other 50% from elsewhere). YMMV.

Just an illustrative example and I thought it apt to use MP to show the synergy with the filis and 2-piece set.

Yep, it works (2x-50 treachery) for threat-100.

It does, however, make occasional off-tanking more difficult -- gotta have high DPS and make sure you keep intimidate running all the time (so it cancels the -100 with it's +100).

On a slightly related subject, the bug that doesn't give you full MP until you equip and re-equip your weapon and artefact ring is still bugging out.

My MP today went up by 6 when I did this (fully loaded GA gaxe and Autumn Equinox ring the culprits).
