I think the answer has to be 4, but I wanted to verify.

The current Cormyr server is a test server, and you should expect that it will be wiped clean before the official launch as a live server. Anything else would surprise me.

Its too bad. A lot of players wont play in the event unless they can gain from it for time spent.

It has been stated that any rewards that you get from the Lanterns of The Mist event will be available for collecting on any live server. The server will not be wiped after the event is over. You do not "lose" your toons after the event. The Cormyr server will be ongoing. IMO this continuation is continue to gather data for lag and bug fixes that will benefit the current servers also.

The point was that it's a cosmetic rewards only event, no bank mule, no gathered items from HCL (which are mostly junk, but sometimes there's a nice M3 or M4, too).

So far the only reason I've run HC is for HC-only footsteps. Lanterns has nothing unique, no wing or footstep, only cloak shield mount pet.

I'll take another look at the visuals for the cosmetics when they're available just in case, but I seriously doubt there will be anything remotely enticing enough to waste time on live Cormyr.
