It can be anything, but for instance in HC8 we search for dragon hoard fragments.
The first person to have all 13 in their inventory is Deathy_tv, Ardin and Black are 2nd and 3rd.

In HC5, the first group to reach 5k favor after 3-5 days of no life grinding

There are many such undocumented achievements.

I would like a Top 10 or Top 20 Killers list showing what killed the most characters. Obviously falling and lava, but what else? You would assume the big bad of mobs would be in there, like Anger, but in reality kobold shaman probably hits the Top 5 and misadventure is #1. Hmm... maybe a Top 100, so we can see Stonejaw's kill list or Invisible VolumeTrigger.
