Free Account to VIP

I have been a VIP since 2006, So I have very little experience with going from FIP to VIP. When they were giving away free content during covid, I created a FIP account, hoping my son might start playing. I recently decided to create a Choasmancer on the FIP to help level toons. The account already had the basic Myth Dranor package. Well I see that Choasmancer is a Premium feature. So I diecied to go VIP on the account and paid for 6 month. However I am still not able to make a Choasmancer. I thought that as a VIP and having Myth Dranor I would have access to Chaosmancer. Any Ideas?

VIP get access to wild mage but not Chaosmancer iconic. Chaosmancer is part of the myth drannor ultimate bundle (or a seperate purchase for points - currently not in the store because of a bug).
