This feels like mocking. The store isn't working properly since launch. The only halfbaked information or feedback SSG is giving is "we can't do anything until the store works properly" for weeks now.
People can't subscribe!!! And you promote gold rolls.
But nice that gold rolls are not fiscally irresponsible anymore, right?!

Please give out some information when it will be fixed. It is utterly frustrating, when there is no progress whatsoever and you can't participate in sales and promotions.

No idea whatsoever what you are referring to, and you give no details. I've bought several things from the new store without issues. And I've been enjoying the recent VIP daily gold rolls too. Whatever issues you are referring to aren't affecting everybody.

There were/are a lot of bug reports on the forum and the discord about not being able to purchase things or buy/renew VIP since the launch of the shop. The VIP issue specifically got addressed by Cordovan but only that one.
Customer Support only gave a standardized non-information answer to several different problems for over a month.
I gave specific details in my bug report/ticket to CS and not here because the forum can't help me with this.
They launched a buggy shop and were not able to fix it so far for many people. I never claimed that it doesn't work for everybody. I am very glad it does work for most actually. It would be even a bigger mess if it wouldn't.
