....however, it'd prolly be wiser to tell other people the first date that's earlier, so they don't keep lagging on it (that's just how Human nature is sometimes and that kinda sucks) and miss out (again)

Don't even need to do 100 favor. Make a toon, run the tutorial and the first three Korthos quests, and collect 50 DP for that server. Repeat on the other seven servers (eight until Hardcore comes down) and you'll earn 400(450) DP. Buy 4 expansions at 99 DP each, with a whole 4 DP to spare! <g> Takes maybe 20-30 minutes per server, or 4ish hours total to earn enough free DDO points to buy them all.

since its a secondary account i keep updated to give away for future game pals its not a big deal. just the interaction seemed to be pretty weird

Any information yea or nay for an additional old adventure pack catch up coupon this year? I'm always trying to bring people into the game this time of year and a big selling point for the past years has been this coupon.

Just wait until the 20th Anniversary next year, and hopefully functional 64 bit servers. You don't want new people to think the current state of the game is as DDO gets, even if it's in a better place than 3 months ago.

Has anyone tried redeeming? Getting “coupon expired” message.
This coupon was valid last year, they haven't announced anything about a coupon this year
