So on my Racial TR train and its the first time in a while i dont have enough XP tokens to start on level 3.

I know its not much of a difference but i dislike a level 2 start :) I have Saltmarch gear waiting for me at 3, then lvl 5,10,15,21, 29 sets but level 2 ... puke :)

What are the chances of:

1. Perma daily gold rolls for VIP
2. An option to start at level 3 after you have TR'd (ETR, RTR, HTR or ITR total) more than [pick a number between 5 and 100]

I like level 3 as I can still run level 1 quests if i want to ... level 4 would be better to get Reaper enhancements going but i know thats asking too much

But level 2 ,, yucky :)

PS: I know it just takes a few quests to get to 3 but still - i dont like it :)

They moved 3 quests out of the level 2 range:

-Missing in Action
-The Sunken Sewer
-An Explosive Situation

That hasn't helped with early level progression either. Level 1 & 2 could do with some new quests. Or some kind of saga aimed at new players, primarily.

I had noticed that Explosive changed from solo to group quest with a nice bump in exp.

I had not noticed MIA and Sunken where moved to Level 3 ....

Missing in action and sunken sewer being level 3 makes sense.

Explosive situation being level 4 instead of level 2 is a really interesting decision.

I assume you mean using reaper enhancements, and not trying to get reaper exp? Because reaper exp in heroics is a giant waste of time. :)

My tactics change depending on if I'm doing a Heroic to Epic life or a Heroic Repeat life.

For a heroic to epic my goal is to do all the heroic only quests up to level 17 before hitting level 20. I will try to get as close to level 3 as possible with XP tokens. Then I'd do Kothos and all the non-reaper quests. This includes stealthy repossession as that quest is reaper unfriendly. Then if I haven't reached level 4 yet I can pop over to Tangleroot. The quests there can't be reaper and the power creep hasn't been kind to them. At level 3 you could play until the quests reach level 6 ( minimum level stops you ) with only the trap area being a significant danger.

For a heroic repeat life I rarely do quests that can't be reaper and my main goal is to do all the sagas and any heroic quest that might drop decent loot. I'd hit the heroic Saltmarsh and Feywild wilderness areas until you reach level 4 for faster xp. ( Feywild by itself can get some good monster manual hunters )

I usually upgrade my daily Silver roll to Gold, just because its not too hard to earn the AS just farming some SXP or Dino Bones each week, especially if you get lucky with a rare filigree or augment drop. Its one of the better things to actually spend AS on, for exactly the reason you're now discovering :)

Though I agree, being able to apply Vet 4 status after TRing would be a huge QOL prize to be able to unlock somehow. Vet 7 is obviously too far, but Vet 4 is just streamlining what saving your XP stones does anyway, and they already said they dont like people hoarding stones, so make it moot.

They changed it a little bit too. There used to be 1 or 2 people per fight but there are bigger groups now.
