Game closes after initial loading screen

Since the update the game simply closes after the initial loading screen before showing me my character list. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, Ive had this problem every update for quite a while now. EVERY ONE. I reinstall. I change the shortcuts. I try different clients. I miss weeks I pay VIP for. Eventually I stumble on something. None of the usual stuff in helping this time. This has to be about the sixth time or so. Theres no excuse for this either, there are people who post asking for help and it never arrives here. Good luck. If I find something Ill ping you, please do the same. 14 years and Im about to quit...well, no...Im tired of being fired as a customer...

yeah ive got exactly that issue. Dont know what else iI can do. I have amd laptop with integrated graphics.

Thanks that turned out to be the problem. It wasn't looking at my graphics card. I had unplugged everything and moved my PC last night, but it's still in the same display port (pretty sure I only have the one) and my other PC games all worked just fine lol.

UPDATE - Its working -- I just reinstalled - thats it!!!
I put it a ticket... amazingly it only took them a two days to respond with actual help. so hopefully this helps.
