game doesn't load

i log in/click world/hit enter nothing happens

Same happens to me, I even uninstalled the Steam version and downloaded and installed the game via DDO.com, but it happens the same, click in Login, then Play, and nothing happens, it simply shuts itself off and the game won't launch.

Forgot to add I'm playing on a laptop with Windows 11, when I purchased it a few months ago I had to change the screen res to Windowed in order to make it work and so it did until last Monday.
