Game unplayable due to lag

Saturday night on Sarlona, my party and I were running Epic Temple of Vol. We all lagged out. My network status icon showed green the whole time, but none of us could move at all. Waited 10 minutes and still couldn't move. Network status stayed green throughout the whole time we waited. If I tried to jump, I just stayed in place. If I tried to tumble, I would tumble in place. Anyways, we gave up and called it a night. Terrible and frustrating experience.

I had the same thing happen today on Cannith.
And yes, whatever lag I had, it always showed green, 95 ms ping and 0% packet loss.

Lag and latency DC are so bad now it isn't worth playing for many. Others will say because it isn't happening to them, it isn't happening at all. The latency is collapse is the worst since they dropped the MD update. That's the only thing I can compare a "before and after" to.

Sarlona was totally unplayable throughout the afternoon and into the evening (Sunday). I logged in twice, only to log out again due to overwhelming frustration that my pots were ticking while I froze for 10+ seconds at a time in every quest.
I tried Haunting of Saltmarsh twice yesterday evening on Sarlona, and died both times due to not being able to move so rats nibbled away at my hit points. I just finally gave up. It was tolerable earlier in the day for me, but it definitely got worse last night.

Just finished playing for about 2 hours from 10 p.m. to midnight pacific time Sunday evening. Ran 3 quests in ToEE and the only thing I noticed was that many packs of monsters just sat there while I blasted them. This may be the effect of lag, but if so, this is a welcome change. Instead of me being frozen while they hit me, they were frozen while I hit them. Not sure if this was a change that was intentionally made, but if so it is brilliant. If you cannot fix the lag, at least fix which side benefits from it. Freeze the monsters rather than the players and we will all have a much better time when the game is laggy.
I noticed that on Sarlona as well. About 30% of the mobs would just stand there (including reapers). Hirelings would also do the same most of the time. TBF, it did keep Frogo alive long enough to actually pick locks for me later.

Yeah this is happening constantly on Khyber. Sometimes they start off that way after spawning and sometimes they become like that after they've moved around for a while.

Others will say because it isn't happening to them, it isn't happening at all.
To be fair some servers have higher population and activity than others. Khyber is still very playable for me but it's also smaller than Orien.

I had the same thing happen on Orien. The Saturday restart helped a bit with the slideshow, but the lag is still very noticeable.
