Gen Con Meetup and Planning

Hello! We are excited to announce a meetup in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 31st during Gen Con. While we are not yet ready to announce the location, we are working to secure a Friday evening meetup downtown from 6pm to 10pm Eastern.

Additionally, we are excited to announce that we are partnering with Faster, Purple Worm! Kill! Kill! At Gen Con this year. Our partnership during their Friday and Saturday evening live stage play sessions is an honor for us, and it means a visible presence at the convention for Dungeons & Dragons Online this year. We understand that both evenings have already sold out.

We will provide RSVP details in this space in the near future. You will need to RSVP in order to attend our meetup, but no Gen Con badge is necessary.

We wanted to get this message out now so that you can plan your Gen Con experience and consider time with fellow Dungeons & Dragons Online players. See you in Indy!

RSVPs have "sold out"! We are now full. If you didn't RSVP, there is still a very good chance you can stop by, just don't do it during the first two hours of the event. We run from 6p-10p, and typically the crowd thins a bit as the event goes on due to people heading out to other Gen Con and related activities.

Nice to see some DDO representatives were there. I wasn't aware of the meetup, I don't watch the forums often.

Thanks @Draculetta for posting the short youtube and @Vooduspyce for the photo and adding names. It was a fun year at gen con, I was able to attend the WoTC keynote speech. It was fun to be there in person and nice to have Gen Con in Indy. I live in Michigan for now but grew up around Indy and still have friends there to crash during Gen Con week :) :)
