Gen Con Meetup Friday August 1st Information

Standing Stone Games is hosting a community meetup during Gen Con! The meetup will take place on Friday, August 1st, 2025 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) at Punch Bowl Social in Indianapolis. An RSVP is required to attend. No ticket to Gen Con is necessary in order to attend the meetup.

Standing Stone Games Executive Producer Severlin, SSG Community Manager Cordovan and Dungeons & Dragons Online Producer Tolero will be on hand to help celebrate you! We’ll have light food and snacks along with a free drink (alcoholic or non). We also expect to have some fun swag to give away for free to attendees. This is a great opportunity to chat with us and hang out with fellow players and friends. See you there!

Punch Bowl Social is a venue that serves alcohol, and as such, must comply with local ordinances and other laws regarding access to the venue for those under the age of 21. Please contact Punch Bowl Social if you have any special concerns.

The RSVP will ask for your party name, number of people in the party, names of the people in the party in case there are duplicate RSVPs, the game or games you play, and a way for us to contact you in case of necessary messaging the day of the event. Once you have RSVP’d, you are in. You generally do not receive an RSVP email unless you are already using SurveyMonkey for other reasons. If you have followup questions, please direct them to our Community Manager Cordovan.

Please note our Media Policy: Punch Bowl Social and Standing Stone Games may photograph and record the event for documentation and promotional purposes, including use on their web site, social media, or marketing materials. Daybreak Games and Standing Stone Games must inform guests about the photography/recording and obtain necessary permissions, noting that images may be used for promotion. If any guests opt out of being photographed, we need to notify event staff and the venue, so please do let us know.

RSVPs are now closed! We are full. We are happy to have anyone else stop by and assuming there is room we will let you in as permitted by the venue. However, if the space is at capacity, you may need to wait until there is availability. We're set for a full party!

Heads up for those coming I stopped in here tonight. Before the fever game to try the gen con beer as it was not as crowded as other places. They have no draft beers at all. They said it was broke and the get are hoping it will be fixed soon.

RSVPs are full because we are slightly overbooked. In theory if everyone shows up at once and we have to we may need to make a line, but it'll probably be a nonissue. That said if you didn't RSVP you should still stop by, just do it a bit later in the evening once people have had the chance to stop by then head to other things.

I did end up making a hotel reservations. Me and the GF will be stopping by to visit you all if there is room, hopefully there will be. I thought at first we needed tickets but I seen in the post at top that no tickets are necessary , I am guessing because you all are not inside of Gen Con, but in that Punch Bowl place.
