This question answers itself if you have been around long enough. They ban without evidence, based on hearsay and no right to appeal. They are indemnifying themselves against the future post that complains of bans when the player was simply AFK. That way, the forum pallies can cluster-&*%$ the poster and call them cheaters and exploiters.Forgive me if this was answered already but why are you banning those who are AFK? Or how do you determine whether people are working on tranfers or not? I'm confused.
Unfortunately the only option is pretty much open a support ticket and hope customer service finally gets to your ticket... Currently most tickets get a respond after about a month or two.So they opened old servers as ghost worlds but fixed nothing. I still cant transfer my packed characters. Fortunately not my main but i have on them tons of items and Tr gear. What to do now ?? We know CS is close to non existant in this game and its already like two months without access to my characters sigh... Anyone managed to transfer stuck in limbo character after opening ?

I am still "celebrating" Missing Monday, in honor of my missing characters, but it seems to be working about as well as my Monster Manual campaign.*I did it twice. Customer Support is currently unable to assist on issues regarding transfer errors. This ticket is required to be placed on-hold while development identifies a solution.

Has anyone else who has been stuck tried going to a different world like this? At least it would get you off of the dead world.After many failures to transfer to Thrane i managed to transfer to Shadowdale. I will just wait to get them repacked and send them when 64 to 64 bit arrives. You can try that if you are still stuck. If you are like me and tried transferring in the first days that it was way too glitchy maybe you can try that.
I've been playing on and off for near a decade but this will most likely be the last time I've ever paid a dime for anything in this game. Once again, game unplayable. Chat does not work, cannot remove items from mailbox, lag everywhere. Glad you added an event into this lag. What a bunch of crap. Had to quit at 5pm, because lag became unbearable. Came back at 9pm to find nothing works. Thanks DDO for taking my money, and not supplying a game.The former 32-bit game worlds closed at the end of August are now available for further free transfers for at least two years from the game launcher.
