Gnome Light Crossbow Healer/Buffer and Lite Damage and Easy Solo

Heyas, I wanted to come up with a build that can contribute to higher Reaper Difficulty at cap while being way undergeared.

After looking and searching, I wanted to be able to solo rather painlessly to cap and then still do harder quests with friends and actually contribute.

I have 8 Racial AP (I am going to use this build for 3 Gnome lives) andalso have 2 Universal AP.

Here is the AP Layout

41 in Renegade Mastermaker
For T5 and C6

17 in Gnome for the +1 Crit Ranged for Light Crossbows (only 9 of these AP count)

7 or 8 in Harper for KTA and Insightful Strikes (Only 5-6 count)

30ish in Battle Engineer
Want Endless Fusilade, Core 4 (Core 5 if you have enough racial AP) and Agility Engine

Here is the Feat Layout

1 Point Blank Shot

3 Precise Shot

4 (Arty bonus) Rapid Shot

6 Quicken

8 (Arty Bonus) Construct Essence

9 Insightful Reflexes

12 (Arty Bonus)Improved Construct Essence

12 Improved Critical

15 Improved Precise Shot

16 (Bonus) Maximize

18 Accelerate Spell

20 (Arty Bonus) Empower

21 Expanded Clip

22 Maybe Spell Power in Healing or Lightning?

24 Overwhelming Crit

25 Double Shot

I could use some help on the Epic Feats

Basically the playstyle is this:

Level with a Light Repeater in Battle Engineer. Get to Endless Fusilade as soon as you can. At level 12, can take T5 Battle Engineer for all those goodies in there.

Once you are level 20. Then Respec out of Battle Engineer T5 and spec more into RM and Gnome. Get the +1 Crit Range from Gnome and get more of the Defensive abilities from RM and get the Healing Potion SLAs

In higher reaper, your job is to buff (Deadly Weapons or Addy Weapon etc etc). Use the Healing SLA's to cure people in combat and top them off. But the big thing is to use the ability "Converter" onto the "tank" or the initial aggro person so you can use Quickened Reconstructs on them for instant heals.

You will also have 2 Radiant Forcefields. One from RM C5 in the form of an SLA, and one from the level 6 Spell.

You also have "Mass Unbreakable Forcefield". I have read on here that is a good ability to have. Use that where needed.

At T5 RM, you can pick the reactive Unbreakable for yourself, or you can pick the one where you can target someone. Pick the one that fits your playstyle.

As far as Weapons.
Level 2 use a Nicked LIGHT Repeater X-Bow
Level 4 use a Cannith Crafted LIGHT Repeater X-Bow
Level 10 use a Ravenloft LIGHT Repeater X-Bow
Level 14 use the Age of Rage LIGHT Repeater X-Bow with that Set
Level 15 You can use a Syrnian LIGHT Repeater X-Bow or stick with the Age of Rage one.
Level 23 Use Needle, Quill Slinger from Caught in the Web
Level 29 Use the Legendary Age of Rage LIGHT Repeater X-Bow
Past this...I don't know...I haven't played at cap long (I keep TRing)

Anywaya, hoping this Heroically levels nicely and then does well in Epics and at Cap.

I will give updates as I go.

All feedback is appreciated.

Basically just see unbongwah writing this build yesterday in reddit
https://www.reddit.com/r/ddo/comments/1ipveoa
And you should not get wrong after reading this
Oh very cool! Ungbongwah is my go to guy for builds. Glad to see I am on the right track. I went a little different. When I did some R8-10 in Feywild, my Sorc was getting ignored. Direct dmg spells were so lacking. Came to the conclusion that teammates won't "resist" my heals lol.

I really like Rabidfox's build. I alluded to his with the "You also have "Mass Unbreakable Forcefield". I have read on here that is a good ability to have. Use that where needed." Comment.

I think I am on the right track by sorta "synergizing" their builds/comments.

Also, Artificer is in my "Holy trinity" of classes I enjoy the most (Cleric, Bard, Artificer). Though Warforged Melee FVS and Sacred Fist are a blast too.

Update.
I just stick with C6 and T5 BE. The AoE is just too good. The damage is just a good bit better than RM.
I still put a ton of AP into RM for the Recon SLA and the extra Forcefield.
I put converter on the "tank" or just the generally most diesel player in the party and I now have 2 Reconstructs for them and 2 Bubbles.
I cast standard buffs when needed.
I use thrown potions out of combat.
They aren't fast enough for in combat, thus not trying to C6 and T5 RM anymore.
I do use the racial Gnome AP into INT and Light RXB.
Overall, I really enjoy Gnome Arti. It's not really gamebreakingly different from other Artis I have played, but I'm using this 3x for Gnome Racials.
Will do a variation for Drow I think as well.
Oh, buffs. And ranged dmg and heals makes this great for lower power characters at cap.
Can do some DPS, an contribute and I am now gathering gear and RXP.
