Guild Nerf Reminder

Not a threat, just a reminder to those that decide these things. GTA 6 will be arriving and is expected to cost less than an ultimate expansion (solely based on rumors and good hopes) If the guilds get nerfed, decisions about game support may be evaluated.

This will probably get me in trouble with the forumites, again.

There isn't really a guild nerf. People are assuming they will lose some renown when some of their guild members fail to transfer (though we are not certain even that will happen since the developers haven't finished figuring out what will happen to guild renown). Worst case scenario is guilds will actively recruit on the new server to get back some lost levels.

I think they are referring to all the ways guilds can lose renown when they transfer to 64-bit servers, but Cordovan implied there might be more to the story so we should wait until the final information is released.

Different game. I haven't found their online versions to be worth playing at all. Play through and have some fun along the way. Go back to it every once in a while. I've played through RDR2 6 times i think. Fun games but just a different type of fun imo.

There may be a nerf... The question is will they turn off penalties, shrink the penalty, or just let the guilds sukit? It's not like this is a willful departure, so I really hope they disable this for the transfer period. After that, they can just turn sukit mode back on.

The only nerf that should happen is the loss of level. I had a guild drop below 150 and we retained access to all buffs that existed beyond that level. The guild level requirement seems to be only to acquire the buffs, not to access the, Hopefully SSG will bring back the big renown boost that they had the last time there was an issue with guild renown loss.

I also found this to be true. Though it is a unknown on how this will work with a guild server transfer.
I feel for those that may lose a lot of unrecoverable guild renown.
For my guild. This isn't a issue. Between my main, alt and a guildie we have a grand total of 218 million. A small loss of vanity. That we could regain in a day if vanity matter.
