Guild Still Not Unpacked from Transfer

I transferred my guild (It's Just a Flesh Wound) on the first night we were able to transfer to the new 64 Bit servers. The details are listed in my ticket that I submitted 2 1/2 months ago. Still no resolution and I only get feedback if I ask for one. Then I find out nothing has been done.

I am beyond frustrated and since my yearly renewal is coming due I'm almost to the point of not renewing. I have been a VIP since 2009 and I think this is a terrible way to treat a long standing customer/player.

My guild won't unpack so nearly all of my good toons are hung up and cannot be unpacked. Neither can anyone in my guild. I have lost most of them and I cannot do anything about it.

I bought the new expansion and most of my toons cannot fully enjoy it.

I just wanted you to know how close to genuine anger I am. Mistakes and glitches are one thing but no updates or contact is quite another.

And so...we'll see...
