Hamstring...

Hamstring, Tendon Slice and Crippling makes no sense in some cases, why it still affects "limbless" (those under effects that do not use LEGS for movement) characters?

Some combat log says "(Combat): Your movement is slowed due to a leg injury, and you cannot tumble.", but the characters aren't using their legs to move, they are floating or hovering or magically moving themselves - some examples are Warlock Celestial Spirit Form; Wizard Palemaster Shrouds; Shadowdancer Epic Mantle; Druid Elemental Forms - it makes no sense beyond annoying and arbitrary slowdown players.

It needs a rework or some sort of immunity besides the Risia Snowpeaks Filigrees.

If they were to rework things like this, things need to be pushed more in tradeoff directions than all or nothing.

Feats / enhancements to make you more or less affected.

Golden greaves - +25% movement when hamstrung

Van richtens cane? +50% movement speed when hamstring

Even floating characters, I would imagine your leg being lacerated while in a wheel chair would still be I dunno, 90% movement.

This is just like caster immunities. Any immunity is bad. It leads to an ever dumber cycle of immunity, bypass immunity, different kind of immunity.

Do those filigrees work? I was under the impression they don't. Because I was still slowed in the Slavers end fight.
It only works against the actual Hamstring effect, or something like that. If it's just a similar effect, but it's called String the Hams or something, that doesn't apply

It's another example of "four types of Evil damage"

My Eternal Flask of Skepticism About Immunity Actually Being Immunity is always on cooldown.

Immunity is immunity...unless DDO wants to introduce a new monster type that does a certain type of damage and they want that monster type to appear extra special! (re: poison and disease immunity and Faerun Drow).
