Handwraps in inventory converted to collars on their own?!?!

i found 2 old wraps i made into collars that actually worked... holy of pg and the one that drain dex. what i really think is lame... all the new collars they came out with that never worked , like all those nice junk(feywild)collars they spent time creating and they do NOTHING.....

Actually the only response was literally repeating the issue back to me. Then nothing. That is NO resolutioon.
