Has anyone else experienced this?

Running a quest and the game blips black for a fraction of a second. Then:
  • All hot bars, health monitors, map, chat, buff bar, etc. have all disappeared.
  • You cannot see yourself attacking enemies but you can see them reacting to your attacks.
  • You cannot select enemies or objects. ( or perhaps you cannot see that you have selected them )
This has happened about 3 times in the last week. And they only way I know how to fix it is to log out and log back in?
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a better way to resolve the issue?

I never experienced the same things as the OP, but a few years ago I logged on and played some epic quests with guildies (as a melee), and after a while, I noticed that I wasnt getting hurt (on R1 when reaper first came out). I told my guildies that I couldnt believe that I hadnt got hurt yet, so a cleric tried to heal me and said he couldnt target me with anything. So, to make a long story short, I played the rest of the day as an immortal, and I REALLY hated to log out. :cool:
