Has anyone found Legendary Buckle of Secrets in Lamordia?

Hi all,

Legendary Buckle of Secrets looks like a rare (given 3 slots) but the wiki doesn't have list the quest it drops from.

I'm wondering if it's a case of noone who it's dropped for updating the wiki, or if it's bugged and not dropping.

Leaning toward thinking maybe it drops in Sunlight and Snowfall as the only quest without stated rare loot in the wiki?
- Heartshard seems to drop a reasonable amount, and the wiki doesn't list it as rare, so maybe it's not actually rare despite the 3 custom affixes?

There's a few items that haven't been seen. I'm leaning towards either bugged drops or they were cut from the loot list between lam & things going live.

Ah are Ghastly Guards in the same situation? The wiki doesn't list a location and I have not yet seen them in Heroic or Legendary.

From asking around, it seems some stuff like https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Legendary_Experimental_Rocket_Boots aren't on any data miner lists of rare gear. So I guess it's a question if things were cut from the loot tables on purpose (between lam and live) or if there's some bugged chests. There's a few quests where there's only 1 chest with named items and the optional chest(s) don't have any named loot; but outside a dev commenting, it's just guesswork as a player if WAI or bug.
