Has anyone gotten AMD's AFMF 2 working with DDO? (Or any other Frame Generation Tech)

AMD's AFMF 2 is "supposed" to work with any Direct X 11 or 12 game. For the live of me I can't get this working in DDO?

Why does this matter when most of the time the game rendered 300-550 FPS on a modern system? because there's some extremely un-optimzed parts of the game when that drops to double-digits.

I mean SSG COULD optimize there game, but if they can't get ladders to work I can't expect performance to be uniform.

Don't use the in-game FPS counter to check. I've done it with lossless scaling and the in-game FPS rate stays the same but lossless's FPS display option shows massive FPS numbers. I'm guessing AMD probably has a way to view the FPS from the display driver.

They do.

I am.

FPS Counter in the AMD app matches that of the game.

Darn, I got nothing to help ya beyond that. I only just tried lossless's for the 1st time a minute ago to check for you. And with 3x rate on it, it was showing 320 FPS vs 100ish in-game. So that type tech can work, just no clue how the hooks for AMD's are setup and what hoops you might need to jump thru.

It made me curious, so I popped into party crashers and the room of doom. I could feel the difference. It wasn't perfect as it was working with really crappy 20-30 FPS in-game before frame generation, but definately better. Assuming it doesn't cause any issues with raiding or anything, I might just run extra frame generation full time.

Installed lossless, it's fantastic. This may have save me a new video card purchase.
