HAVING PROBLEMS WITH LOGIN AFTER NEW UPDATE -- after downloading new update I went to loggin and got the basic splash start up screen and then it disappears. Help!!! Ive reset my system, changed settings, nothing losing patience. help. Gonna repost.

Someone on DDO discord mentioned DDO's certs may be expired and posted this from their testing:

2023.07.26 08:51:23[W] GameClientStarter::OnLoginAccountSSLError - Failed to login! 2023.07.26 08:51:23[W] STATUS: SSL Error 0 : "The certificate has expired"

So it may be something SSG needs to fix. (Not sure if this relates to your issue or if it might just be an entirely other issue going on too)

Not sure if it's the same issue, but I'm completely unable to play either. The launcher starts up fine, did the update, and lets me login. But once I click on orien (tried other servers too) the whole thing just closes immediately, not race of it in task manager.

I'm having somewhat similar situation here and there is popup message saying that I can't run this version of application on my windows.

I just reinstalled - thats it!!!
I put it a ticket... amazingly it only took them a two days to respond with actual help. so hopefully this helps.
