open lock or trapping. open lock just buy some bells of opening. search and disable need int + items. spot needs wis + items. Int or wis to hit and damage is easy + items. . i don't know about TANK except you can't do anything but Tank . from my lowly knowledge it takes everything to be a tank. my simple graciousness is hug , protect, help and heal the tank at all costs

I am no stranger to trapping with a splash, but it never hurts to be told.

The bit about "you can't do anything but tank" is the bit I (with help) am challenging, but we will see how it goes.

On the trapping part...

I recently built a char that can search endgame hidden doors while completely Int and Search dumped, just with swap gear. Sure you could do the same for OL without heavily investing in the build itself

Trappers Delight 4 pc with Excep Dex aug, OL/Ins OL/Dex CC item, upgraded Manual of Stealthy Pilfering with a GH augment, Profane OL lunar aug in Boots of the Battlemaster

In that case, you can get away with lower base INT for more CHA, presuming a juicy Supreme tome:

Many moons ago I asked Unbongwah for similar help. I had to forget "tanking" because that's what the haphazard build did, TANK.
The most fun Ive had is a wiz/rge EK build (18/2) However items and power creep have made your* build more viable
We'll see how it goes....

Been a busy week, so not had a chance to dabble with this much. I need to spend some more time gearing up which means farming more Chill ingredients too. I will update when I get more time to play.

In an effort to provide useful feedback, in case anyone looks back on this later, I have to say, it's feeling a bit sub par in tanking and DPS (probably 100 people reading this thinking "no ship", but it was worth a try! This is through no fault of anyone but me. I asked for a build that could tank and trap and do some DPS. It would actually be fine in lower difficulties, or in moderate reaper in a group I am sure.

My new plan is to try a 20 Barbarian (give up on trapping) and see how tanky I can make it. At least to compare that to this build. Hopefully it wasn't too much of a waste of time for unbongwah, I am truly grateful for his time.
