Help with resolution settings

So I finally bought a new PC (it allows me to multibox without issue!)

I am having trouble finding the correct resolution settings. My hot bars are a little on the small side and I cant figure out which setting will improve it.

I run a 65" Television as my monitor and the display settings are 2560x1440 Landscape orientation in Windows

In game I'm in windowed mode, 2560x1440

Does anyone understand resolution setting (I dont) and which ones I'd want to try changing to in order to increase the size of my hotbars compared to the rest of the view of the game world?

Hotbars are static in pixel size. So their relative size changes based off your resolution. If you're running at 800x600, the hot bars would be massive vs 4000x2000 where they'd be small.
