bought this new superior pack , talked and claimed reward via npc , got all, then used BTC wide item but bank item didnt worked.
relog , restarted client over +10 time, re-talked , double checked npc and my inventory
didnt wokred, still 100BTC bank slot for my main toon. (should be 120slot since i dont have house K favor reward and if this new bank item worked, but not)
sended ticket, they responed 2times but they keep telling me 'do relog (1st) , you already got reward after you purchased (2nd)'
.....?
still waiting 3rd respond but i afraid
they took about 1.5month to take my problem away when i bugged about my epic destiny sphere 2year ago
i dont want wait like that again
