Baba Lysaga appears to be the only end raid boss who is not magnanimous enough to provide a Rez shrine after we defeat her. Could we get a shrine at the end of Old Baba's Hut?

Since there is already something in the scripting that summons a shrine immediately following raid completion, could another line of code be added to allow this type of shrine to bypass death timers?

Thank you!

This is bugged then. Equipping any of those items shows the "to hit" on the drop down panel of the inventory panel increase the correct amount. But never does the to hit ever increase when using True Strike. Tested full naked toon, Dice rolls do not seem to increase either. There is no insight bonus granted as far as I can tell. Oddly, the +20 seems to linger until the next attack, unsure if that is working correctly either.

EDIT: And now with all my regular gear on, without an insightful accuracy item, when I use True Strike, I do NOT get the +20 display on the inventory drop down as I just was getting it above. Weird. The +20 must be so common bonus. Sadness...

And another thing: Even thematically it fails. You can roll a 1 and you get miss. At least let me "True Strike" and actually hit something. So this is the joy of having extra points to spend in the tree after the reduction in cost revamp? Pfft. Pffft I say. :p

A friend put in a bug report about this but nothing has been done (that I know of) so hoping posting here will help...

Dino Bone Crafting - some of my friends materials are BTA and others are unbound for this system specifically. All the ones I have are unbound.

Thanks for looking.

Not sure where you think there isa bug?

Black pearls are BtA, everything else is unbound.

Ah ok so shouldn't the ones that are BTA then been retroactively changed to unbound?

Oh, it's usual way for devs. If fix negative for players, it add to player stuff retroactively. If fix positive - no, sorry, you must refarm fixed stuff.

In their defense... 'global search and replace' type database changes are dangerous. You have to be very careful that you aren't accidentally changing things you didn't intend to. Thus, you generally don't want to go there unless you absolutely have to. Nobody is going to voluntarily downgrade their items, so when that needs to be done the Devs are pretty much forced to handle it.

I don't blame them for not going there on the things which players can handle on their own. In this case, spend the BtA materials first so they are gone and you don't have two separate stacks.

When the new Illithid quests came out, the name of the optional "Read all the Notes" in Turn the Page changed to "Slay Howling Wind the Air Elemental"

Hmm, that's a toughie. I'd say you could probably have them put the bound materials into a bag or the shared crafting storage - the base items are set to be unbound in our database and the bag might help kickstart them into their correct status.

The dumb thing is that they are stored in her green bag like usual and all mix together no issue, the minute she pulls them out then it shows that some are BTA and others are unbound. I really don't get it! If by "base items" you means weapons, armour etc then no that's not what I am on about. The actual crafting ingredients like the teeth, horns etc etc (just to be clear in case of any confusion with wording/terminology).

Thanks!

In my previous post, when I say "base item," I am referring to the actual ingredient singleton as it exists in our game data. That ingredient is unbound. I have no idea how a player would retain access to something akin to a previous version of that item, as in this case, the ingredients were directly modified (which is how everyone else had their BTA stuff turn unbound) and there is no "previous version" according to DDO. On my end, cracking open the data for the ingredients, they are already set to "unbound" so there's unfortunately nothing more I can do to make them even more unbound.

Ah ok I get you now thanks for that... so basically we are all... stuck! :D she even tried leaving them in her inventory, exiting from the game and coming back in and that still didn't even give them a kick in the right direction :( oh well it is what it is. She is going to try different storage areas, logging out and back in etc and various things to see if we can resolve this infuriating thing!

Thanks!

AH HA! Solved!

Ok so here is what she did. She pulled them out of her bag to her inventory and then put them in to the crafting storage and back out again without logging out. When they got pulled out they were automatically changed to unbound.

Thank you so much for your time and patience :)

Much love <3
