Hide infinite duration buff & Measure the Foe

[SunTzu]

"Hide infinite duration buff" option does hide "Measure the Foe" buff icon, even it is NOT infinite duration buff.

Can you unhide the "Measure the Foe" buff icon when "Hide infinite duration buff" is ON?

There's tons of things that this specific option hides when it shouldn't and vice versa. I wish I had the time to catalogue them all, but it's hard to invest all that time without guarantee that the devs will take the time to fix them.
