House K Glow-Up and the new Eveningstar Crafting Hall

With Update 79, there were some really cool changes to House K as well as a new Crafting Hall being added to Eveningstar. Below are my initial reactions to both.

I havent been to House K yet so I making this remark based upon the video posted above.

Why are all the ledges of the bank festooned with mooring cleats? What is being tied up there that necessitates that many cleats?

The mailboxes and eventually you'll be able to walk your airships around the block.
