How do I submit a ticket

I log in to my account but when I try to contact support it asks for a different account and its not the Standing Stone account either because I logged into that too.

Go here https://help.standingstonegames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and if you don't already have a support sign-in account, then you need to make one. It's seperate from your DDO account name/password.

I did that it sends me a link to set a new password but that link just sticks me back on the login again Oh wow finally worked on the fourth try . That i9s such a broken system.
