I have a L16 Barbarian Warforged that I have an Lesser +20 reincarnation token. I used the reincarnate token but Artificer is greyed out. What the heck?
I can't Choose Artificer?

I was multiclassed I guess that limits you?
I just went pure barbarian. So if I Recarnate +20 again I can then switch to artificer am I correct?

If you are pure Barbarian now you should be fine to swap to pure Artificer (assuming you own it).
This is really something they needed to fix a long time ago. Basically DDO remembers when you took each level and what it was and you cannot ever have more than 3 classes (even if you would be swapping them out later). You can technically run into this same issue when class swapping a pure 20 into 3 classes if the former pure class is not included in the new setup.

It really should remember how many class swaps you have remaining and leverage those against your remaining class options.

If you are triple-classed when you Lesser Reincarnate and you want to change to a different fourth class, you need to get rid of at least one of those classes before you can start swapping in your desired class.

Yup. It looks like the system wont let them pick Artificer because at some point they would be left with 4 separate classes. Only way to rectify it would be to either do multiple lesser reincarnations or a full standard one

I did a full standard and just picked barbarian.thankfully I have another +20 so I can do that.
