I just had the craziest thought about Slice of life pack

So the slice of life pack has excellent loot but the quests are unique in conception and execution.

I can't help but wonder if they were written in part by AI, one influenced by 'american popular culture' such as goggle's.

I don't know about that, I just wish the carnival challengers in Fred's First Date didn't freak out every time a Warlock went near them.

An AI could regurgitate plenty of ideas when trained with DnD quests, but then again pretty much all DnD quests ever made are based on some old stories and tropes. DDO quests are even far more restricted in what story they could tell within the game. I don't know how much time and effort AI would save you on this one.

Slice of Life felt quite handmade to me. AI might figure out that players like Fred and Nat Gann and don't like Coyle and Elminster, but why is the kind of thing that AI often fails at. Fun and funny needs why. (I'd ask why the dread gazebo is there in Ataraxia, but it's actually quite well placed.)

Sometimes I wish they would spruce up Ataraxia's, its a nice little island that could have a few more quests and the landscape/water could use a graphics update. I'd like Arboth, to turn out to be an actual dragon if you bother him in dialogue enough and I'd want the Dread Gazebo to attack mimic-fashion. I'd add crabs to the island and a rare sea lion. Speaking of which we need a Monster Manual with Crabs, Beetles, Swarms and sea lions.

In Too Many Cooks, I figured that all the bosses would relate to someone in real life after the first couple - Ram Gordo (Gordon Ramsey), Kora Catt (Cat Cora) - but that is the end of any I could sort out. Lazy AI.

I love Ataraxia (and searing heights for some reason)

I've been hoping for years for a payoff with Arboth being an actual dragon.. this would be the year for it & there's still time yet!
