I would like to add Fearsome to a cloak.

Absolutely not to Cloak. *Weapon makes more sense.

I have to applaud you for your chutzpah, however. I mean, why not have all effects on all items? That'd mess up the joy of gear-tetris.

weapon defeats the purpose of it. cloak is similar to armor and opens armor to other effects.

4 named items levels 10,11 18,18 and there epic versions currently in the game a great sword being one of them, which when you hit a guy the % he runs in fear. at least there is only one of them, armor mummy wraps, which causes 50% arcane spell failure for cloth armor.

Fearsome used to be on random loot. I used to like it because its that defense that can save your skin. Also, it was bugged for a while where the fear face would stay on you when you equipped any fearsome item. I should still have some of them in a bank somewhere. Good idea for fearsome.

If you can put it on armor you should be able to put it on a cloak. But then, you should be able to put any effect on just about anything.

its on a cloak as a spell . but that isn't a prime cloak to use . level 3 -5?
