I'm a programmer with intermediate-level knowledge, and I'm working on a game demo by myself, an action RPG based on D&D 3.5. I'd like to know if it's allowed to share this on the forum. The game demo will be completely free and non-profit, and my goal is to gain knowledge and receive feedback to enhance my programming skills. Is this in accordance with the forum rules?

I'd suggest putting it in off topic, but there does not appear to be anything in the only rules I could easily find that would reasonably stop you.

That said, many threads and posts tend to disappear for undisclosed 'reasons'

OP. You sure you want us to give feedback to your game? We're used to bugs and lags so our sense of being bulletproof is way below average ;P

erm should i point out that it may be ok posting this here, but i'm not sure WotC will be happy about an unlicenced game based off their rule set. Even an old rule set, whether or not it is FTP and non profit.

Bold of you to assume the OP doesn't have the license from WoTC.
